5:30am- 2 cups of coffee
7:30am- 4 eggs, 3 pieces of bacon, 1/2 avocado, 1 tbsp of coconut oil, and a handful of organic grapes.
11:30am- Orange Plate Special with shrimp, broccoli, grilled bell peppers and squash, 1/2 avocado, 2 tbs of olive oil.
4:15pm- Mix1 protein drink
5:45pm- handful of mixed nuts and a couple pieces of beef jerky
7:oopm- Dinner at Z Tejas. 12oz New York strip with crab meat on top, green beans and carrots, and a side salad with a red wine vinegeriattte. All with a quenching ice tea and lemon.
8:45- Apple and almond butter, 1 cup of coffee with vanilla almond milk
