Shoulder Problems

Well after my two-a-day workout on Tuesday my shoulder is paying the price, as well as my training!! On Tuesday I did a heavy snatch workout 3-3-3-1-1-1 and about 6hrs later did the WOD at Westlake Crossfit: 100 burpee box jumps (12:42 I think). I felt fine, stretched afterwards, and tried to get some sleep. The next morning I awoke with very limited range of motion (ROM). It was very painful and I was VERY upset!! Not another shoulder problem, I thought to myself. Now its Thursday and after some foam rolling therapy, stretching, and band mobility exercises it feels much better but it is still there. So I need to take heed and listen to my own body and get some body work done asap!
