So, I know changing your ways is tough and sometimes it seems you are always setup to fail. And when you are doing well, not "cheating", the food seems boring, tasteless, and monotonous... No, I have not read it, but I do know how it can be tough on your own and running out of ideas for something different, outside of meat, veggies, and "good" fat.
